RHC 2012 is an absolute must for any healthcare or insurance entity considering or currently implementing a retail strategy, specifically those searching for new sources of revenue in today’s economic climate.

Exhibitors

RHC 2012 offers an exclusive opportunity to select few exhibitors. A maximum of 10 organizations will have the chance to display their message to conference attendees. Only one exhibitor will have the position of handing out registration packets to each and attendee as they arrive for check-in.

Breakfast and lunch will be included both days of the conference.

Cocktail Reception

Meet other conference attendees at our intimate cocktail reception in the Castillo de San Marcos inside the Gaylord Palms atrium. The Castillo, or castle, is based on the oldest Spanish fort in the New World, located in St. Augustine, Florida. Feel free to peruse through the historic items on display as well as visit exhibitors before the conference begins.

Conference attire is business casual for all events.

Airport

Orlando International Airport is located at 1 Airport Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827 and is less than 30 minutes from conference facilities. You may encounter partial toll roads.

Rentals & Transportation

Orlando is a veritable transportation hub. Orlando International Airport has many rental car options available, as well as shared shuttles for a nominal fee. Feel free to book your transportation in advance by contacting any of Orlando’s taxi companies. A good starting point is Mears Transportation at www.mearstransportation.com, which provided some of the excellent bus service at RHC 2011.
